Julie and Missy were colleagues and principals in Hillsborough County, Florida, when they set out on a mission to help educators teach and lead with more peace, hope and purpose. Together, they focus on the mental maps that guide the work, and they bring strategies for changing limiting patterns into empowering practices. 

In their interactive sessions, Julie and Missy uncover the foundational power of beliefs to help teachers and leaders create lasting change.

Missy has over twenty years of experience as an educator and over 15 years as an elementary school administrator. She has served as a principal for most of her career and still leads the school she opened in 2009. Missy has mentored many aspiring and early career administrators, and she is a Lead Principal in her district.

Julie has over twenty years of experience as an educator and was a school administrator for ten years before becoming a professor in educational leadership. Julie earned her doctorate at the University of South Florida in 2011.
